Nutrition is the main requirement for a toddler, if not obtained food according to needs its nutrition value, it will interfere with the growing swell of current or next time. The purpose of this research is to analyze the effect of Additional Feeding Program Recovery against the intellectual intelligence children aged 4-5 years. This research is research Observational Cohort Retrospective design, the number of samples as many as 70 of the respondents are divided into two groups, groups with a history of getting Additional Feeding Program Recovery and the Group didn't get Additional Feeding Program Recovery, in the village located in the region of clinics Bandaran in Simple Random Sampling. Free variables in this study is a program Additional Feeding Program Recovery, whereas intellectual intelligence is dependent variables. The analysis of the data used is to use Independent Test Sample t-test. Obtained results there is no difference in the level of intelligence on the Group of children with a history of getting Additional Feeding Program Recovery and didn't get Additional Feeding Program Recovery. the significance of 0.129. Conclusion: there is no difference in the level of intelligence of children on a group of children with a history of getting Additional Feeding Program Recovery and didn't get Additional Feeding Program Recovery.
